Past Projects

Moving Films is the result of the background of Visualantis organisation founded in 1998 in the Netherlands and Visualantis as company in Thailand, 2004, now working together with a group of successful entrepreneurs and film makers, all with the same vision and goal.

Our experience, derived from our versatile background in both Broadcast and Independent productions, since 1994 working for several national and international production houses, and as freelancers in Europe and SE-Asia for and with people from all around the world inspired us to found Moving Films. Now we fully commit and specialize ourselves in producing powerful films and collaborative projects that contribute to mankind and our environment. Aiming for non-political and non-bias films that carry the jewel of inspiration that can make an impact.

With Moving Films we can prove again and again the impact of films produced with passionate collaborations.

We're currently producing a documentary about "intuition" which is going to be part of our upcoming feature documentary about all that we call "the unseen." More information coming up soon.

Currently awaiting Pre-production

The Girl With The Movie Camera - Feature Film for the young generation. Inspired by ‘The Man With The Movie Camera’ experimental 1929 silent documentary film, with no story and no actors, by Russian director Dziga Vertov.

Polina (Russia) immigrates with her mother to a village in Northern Thailand. She finds it very hard to adapt to her new environment. She is unable to communicate with her class-mates, who all seem to live in a mysterious computer game world. She tries everything to fit in by finding an effective way to create attention. Her curiosity and struggle drives her from solidarity to the world of film making in her very own experimental way. Witness the world as seen through her lens in her innocent approach, while she discovers her own treasures of Thailand. Will her video impress her class-mates enough to make her able to make new friends?
