MediaTraining.BE is a communication and training agency, specialised in media training (key messaging and interviewing and debating training), presentation skills and personal coaching, as well as crisis communication mainly in Europe but also outside.

The agency was founded by Evert van Wijk. He previously worked at a communications management top level for aeroplane manufacturer Fokker and American chemical multinational Dow Chemical. As an external communications consultant he has trained and advised a wide variety of (international) clients in Europe and Asia over the past 25 years.

In addition to serving corporate clients, MediaTraining.BE is also active in the government sector and the political world. Many ministers and other leading politicians of several European countries as well as a wide range of EU- MP’s received coaching in interviewing and debating techniques, as well as in personal presentation. The agency also assists politicians in the preparation of parliamentary inquiries.

Most of our co-workers (our Friends) are experts in the communications field and trendsetting media (Dutch, English, German and French speaking) and usually work for us on a franchise basis. They are selected not only for their professional knowledge, but also for their understanding of what moves our clients.

Soundtrack

One of the essential elements needed in the production of a film is the composition of film music. At first the picture and the music seem to be a composition of their own. But when you combine these two, they form a new identity. The soundtrack is not only a harmonious composition but an integral inseperable part of the film as well.
In the end the picture and soundtrack are so closely fused together that each one functions through the other.

Roger Spees is pianist and soundtrack composer. He is specialised in translating stories and emotions into music. The music allmost writes itself while looking at the pictures. He comprovises most of the lines and this forms an integral musical composition which expands the emotions on the screen. As the pictures tell the story to your eyes and feelings, the music let you feel the pictures even more. Every different scene can be scored with another function in mind. This way the story you want to tell the audience is felt through music.

Documentary

We deliver stories and powerful messages through a documentary for televison or cinema.

We admire the beauty of culture and language and want to preserve just that. Our opinion is a documentary should not destroy the natural appearance of a lifestyle that is captured on film. Captivating an audience with a journey through the lives of others without sensational obstacles.

For us a documentary is not simply information but a powerful recollection of what is happening. Giving a viewpoint that is not easily captured and expressed in any other way.

While we at moving films ourselves are emerging feature film makers currently working on our own debut feature, we dedicates ourselves to independent shorts & feature films shot on high-end HD video, digital cinema or film. We're accustomed to make films that do not rely on huge budgets, but are delivered by an enthousiastic and creative cast of people brimming with inspiration. We know how to make best use of our resources, maintaining a high production value.

Both in Thailand and Malaysia, we're surrounded by talented people, production houses, studio facilities and rental facilities that we collaborate with to make best use of every available and cost-effective resources in SE-Asia. Next to that we have access to the most gorgeous tropical locations and urban areas in Asia.
